Ready for the ultimate culinary adventure? Join Chef Sharon and Sous Lorry Hood for 8-days of food and wine fun in the green heart of Italia... Umbria. The region of Umbria is rich in culinary traditions from handmade pasta and roasted game meats to the umami gem of the woods, truffles. We'll see and taste it all together! Winery visits along the Strada del Sagrantino, a visit to the Museo del Tartufo and excursions to the mountain towns of Spoleto, Oriveto and more are planned within this 8-day adventure as are three (3) hands-on cooking classes showcasing classic Umbrian fare. Each ristorante selected for a meal out with the group has been hand-picked for its superior execution of one or more must-taste Umbrian dishes: Pappardelle Cinghiale Rosso, wood roasted Veal Chop with Fennel Pollen, Cirole con Tartufo and more deliciousness awaits!
